What types of massages does The Queen's Rituals offer?
At The Queen’s Rituals, we offer a wide selection of massages designed to balance body and mind. These include relaxing and therapeutic massages, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy massages, couple’s massages, and personalized sensory rituals tailored to your physical, emotional, and energetic needs.
What products do you use during the massage?
We work with high-quality essential oils, neutral vegetable oils, and carefully selected natural products to suit your skin type and aromatic preferences. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to any ingredient, please let us know before your session.
How long do the massage sessions last?
The usual duration of our sessions is 60 to 90 minutes. We also offer shorter options — such as 30 or 45 minute massages — as well as extended rituals of up to 2 hours, depending on availability and your personal preferences.
How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to relax and complete the check-in calmly.
Come in comfortable clothes or in the underwear you prefer; we will provide you with towels and blankets.
Avoid heavy meals right before the massage.
If you have any medical condition (pregnancy, injuries, high blood pressure, or others), please let us know when making your reservation.
Silence your phone to fully immerse yourself in your wellness experience.”
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your session at no cost.
If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a penalty may apply (for example, 50% of the amount), except in duly justified cases.
How can I book and pay?
You can book through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
We accept payment by card, cash, or bank transfer (subject to availability).
When making a reservation, a deposit —or the full amount— will be paid to guarantee your appointment.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
We will do our best to keep your session, but arriving late may reduce the duration of the treatment so as not to affect subsequent bookings.
If the delay is significant, we may need to readjust or reschedule your appointment.
Can I give a massage session as a gift to someone?
Of course. We have gift cards to give away individual sessions or complete rituals.

How often do you recommend getting massages?
The ideal frequency depends on your needs. For general maintenance and well-being, many people choose to get a massage every 2 to 4 weeks.
If you are working on specific tension, intense stress, or muscle recovery, we recommend more frequent sessions at the beginning to achieve better results.
