Massage and spa blog in Madrid
This is where we write down what usually stays inside the treatment room. What actually separates one massage from another, how a session for two is prepared, how long each ritual really takes and how you can expect to feel on the way out. No grand promises: a massage does not cure anything, it is an experience, and that is what we write about.
We are at Calle Justiniano 9, in the Justicia neighbourhood of central Madrid, a few minutes from Alonso Martínez and Chueca. Almost everything you will read here comes from questions guests ask us at the door.
Three sections, three moments
The blog is organised around where you are: when you are still deciding which massage suits you, when you are coming with someone else, and when what you want is to give a treatment as a present or celebrate something.
How a relaxing massage differs from a deep tissue one, what a Thai session on a futon actually feels like, what a head and scalp massage does after weeks of clenching your jaw, and how much time you genuinely need to set aside.
Coming as a couple is not the same as coming twice. The room changes, the pace changes and so does the ending. How a four-hand session on two beds works, what a private circuit includes, and the questions we get most often on WhatsApp.
Giving a massage works when you get both the experience and the timing right, and falls flat when the gift card expires in a drawer. Which ritual suits which person, and how to organise a celebration that does not feel like a waiting room.
We are starting the blog in Spanish and translating the pieces that travel best, so these sections fill up in English as we go.

If you would rather just book
You may have landed here looking for information when what you really need is a slot this week. That is the most common case: most of our bookings are made two or three days ahead, and one in four is for the same day.
- Relaxing or deep tissue massage, the most requested one and the safest choice if it is your first time.
- Couples massage, two therapists, two beds, one private room.
- Thai massage, on a futon, with hot stones or herbal pindas.
- Gift card, digital or printed.
- Express massages, if all you have is your lunch break.
