Out of respect for yourself and our team, please ensure you come with good personal hygiene. If necessary, we have a bathroom where you can freshen up before your treatment.
Before starting your session, please inform us if you are pregnant, have any injuries, allergies, circulatory problems, infectious diseases or any other relevant medical conditions.
To preserve the harmony of the space, we recommend that you do not wear strong perfumes before coming. We use essential oils during the session that could mix with your perfume.

If during the treatment you feel discomfort, cold, heat, pain or wish to adjust the pressure of the massage, please do not hesitate to let the therapist know. Your well-being is the most important thing.
We ask that you silence or turn off your mobile phone to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for yourself and other clients.
